Customer satisfaction also averaged 95.79% over the same period. Satisfaction with train punctuality ranked highest at 98.27%, while the friendliness and professionalism of onboard staff and safety received ratings of 97.35% and 97.18%, respectively. The railway operates under an integrated management system, with all trains centrally dispatched and monitored in real time.
