Kavanaugh was a part of the majority in that decision. During his 2018 confirmation hearings, Kavanaugh said that Roe v. Wade was “settled as precedent of the Supreme Court.”,The court did not make a comment on Kavanaugh’s interrupted dinner but a person familiar with the situation told Politico that Kavanaugh did not hear or see the protesters and ate a full meal. They did not mention what exit Kavanaugh used to leave the restaurant.,As for the restaurant, they were not amused. Sending a statement to a Politico reporter, they stated that everyone should have the right to eat dinner.,“Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant. Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”。    本报讯《日报》全媒体记者赵丽杰报道 灾情发生后，建昌县相关部门快速行动，全力以赴打通断阻路线。经过几个昼夜紧张施工，目前国省干线公路、乡镇及行政村道路全部抢通。建昌县干线公路损毁路段35处，其中桥梁冲毁4座、桥梁上水1座、涵洞冲毁1座、路基路面冲毁13处、路面积水4处、山体滑坡泥石流11处、施工便道冲毁1处。

二 | 农村公路损毁路段1083段，路基40.4万立方米、路面197830万平方米、桥梁221座、防护工程53.3万立方米、涵洞20道、过水路面55799平方米，涉及全县28个乡镇、260个行政村。         　　8月20日20时，建昌县积极响应应急机制，迅速组织人员队伍开展公路抢险工作，调配力量开展国省干线抢修工作，分东中西3个线路向大屯方向作业。建昌县交通运输局出动应急队伍48人、机械设备20台，同时又积极协调省交通运输厅、市交通运输局异地调动6支抢险队伍、200余人、130台机械设备。截至8月23日，建昌县境内2条国道、4条省道干线公路已完成抢修，实现简易通行。8月22日开始，为尽快对农村公路进行抢修，建昌县交通运输局又协调凌绥高速参建单位，大桥局、二十局、白土岭隧道等参建单位以及城建集团等，增派队伍3支，人员55人，机械车辆35台。截至8月24日，建昌县境内受损的28个乡镇、260个行政村农村公路已完成抢修，实现简易通行。
